About Blue Cross Texas FCU

The Blue Cross Texas Federal Credit Union's Charter was issued in January of 1949, founded and continuing as a professional, stable financial institution with the philosophy of "People Helping People". Its purpose is to promote thrift by encouraging savings and offering loans, both at competitive rates of interest. Blue Cross Texas Federal Credit Union is aggressive and competitive with other financial institutions. Unlike a bank or finance company, its goal is not to accumulate profits. After expenses are paid and reserves for losses are set aside, income is returned to the members in dividends or other benefits.
